• The candidate will participate to a project of productive cycle management, studying and developing manufacturing processes and documenting changes on quality requirements in terms of process validation, non-conformances management and product delivery certification.
• Interface in an effective manner with the shop to solve the non-conformities and way the comply to technical and quality requirements.
• Data recording on IT systems
• Participate to root cause analysis and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvements
• Process Shop documentation to assure parts conformance.
• Bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes
• Analyze and verify that drawing and special requirements and technical data are accurately documented and help to improve an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer / end user requirements

• Master’s Degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace, Mechanical, Energy, Aeronautical, Material or Management Engineering from an accredited University
• Outstanding academic achievements
• Knowledge of technical drawings
• English and Italian fluency, written and verbal

• Geographic flexibility and global mindset
• EU Work Permit

• Curious and eager to learn
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to coordinate many tasks concurrently
• Strong business acumen with the ability to motivate others
