The candidate will participate to a project of productive cycle management, studying and developing manufacturing processes (including workplace organization) and documenting changes.
- Mainly participate in LEAN initiative (as 5S, Visual Management, SMED, etc.), and engage Six Sigma tools for process and flow improvements.
- Study in order to implement cycle time and process improvements in order to reduce costs and respect objectives.
- Bring new ideas and positive support to the current processes.
- Interface in an effective manner with all departments.
- Analyze and verify engineering designs and technical data are accurately documented and help to improve an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer /end user requirements
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university
- Fluent Italian and English language
- Outstanding academic achievements
- EU work permit
- Good Knowledge of Worksheet Software and Data Base (i.e. MS Excel, Access, VBA, SAP)
- Basics Knowledge of Lean Concepts
- EU Work Permit.
